Governing Bodies

AGC of East Tennessee is governed by an Executive Committee and Board of Directors.   AGC’s leadership includes five Officers (Executive Committee), all of whom are general contractor members, each holding their respective office for no more than two years. The Board of Directors is comprised of the Executive Committee, four at large general contractors, three subcontractors and one affiliate holding their respective position for no more than three years.

*Nomination ballots are distributed in December to all general contractor members. New terms begin March 1.

Executive Committee
The Executive Committee advises and oversees the Association.

Committees and Forums
Committees
AGC of East Tennessee is served by a number of committees. These committees provide an arena for discussion of key construction industry concerns; it is through these discussions that AGC members exchange information and ideas, and provide the basis for policy change within the organization.

AGC of East Tennessee solicits committee participation at the beginning of our fiscal year (July 1) and information will be provided upon request. If an individual is serving on a committee, AGC of East Tennessee will assume that person wishes to remain on the committee unless you notify Roger Tuder, roger@agcetn.org.
