A blank copy of the form may be completed and submitted electronically.  If there are no changes and you wish to submit your form electronically, please complete the company name only, check “Approved As Is”, then click the “Submit” button.  Faxed copies are often illegible, so we are requesting you submit your return electronically or by mail.  All forms must be returned, including those with no changes, by February 13 for your listing to be included in the Tennessee Construction Directory.

It is important only classifications found on the classification list be used. If you have a problem finding a classification you feel is appropriate, please the AGC Office, 265-1111. It is essential for everyone to be using the same set of classifications in order to make the directory as clear and as useful as possible to you, our members.
