All graduates at the Construction Career Center who were willing and eligible to be placed in a summer job have now secured positions at AGC member companies! Though we had a smaller enrollment for the first class, by the end of year 3 the CCC will be graduating over 140 students/year.

These CCC students are graduating with 1500 hours towards construction certifications, participated in work-based learning, OSHA 10 training, adhered to a code of discipline, and leave with training in practically all building trades.

If that sounds like someone you want on your team, contact Susan Cowden at susan@agcetn.org!

The Construction Career Center has had a number of big wins in the short time it’s been open! The school is serving as a model for other cities – including Memphis, Knoxville, Charlotte. There have been some rave reviews from several employers about students who have worked for them and the outstanding staff and faculty collaborate to hit collective goals.

Thousands of construction professionals are using the CCC as a hub for the building industry, using the space for meetings, training, continuing education courses and events.

CCC TCAT students brought home silver medals in carpentry and masonry in the statewide Skills USA Competition.
