A LETTER FROM WILL TUTTON, CHAIR OF BUILDING LEADERS OF CHATTANOOGA
Dear Fellow AGC Members,
As a member of the AGC East Tennessee Board of Directors, I worked with a handful of emerging leaders in AGC to form Building Leaders of Chattanooga (BLOC) with the intent of giving a voice to younger members in AGC and to help foster their professional and leadership growth.
BLOC is a platform to help younger professionals in construction build their network, get a better understanding of the industry, learn strategies to help in business and in personal growth, and lay foundations for leadership. Those involved in BLOC have forged strong bonds, created a new events that raised thousands of dollars for philanthropy, met community and business leaders, grown through new leadership responsibilities, and have had a lot of fun along the way.
We are inviting each CEO/Owner who is a member of AGC East Tennessee to nominate a person from your organization for membership in BLOC and to serve as your company’s representative. Your representative will be among those hand-selected by the top leaders in our regional construction industry. This group are likely the future leaders in our industry.
What is required?
It’s easy to nominate your company’s BLOC representative. Just complete the form on this page by February 15, 2021.
Thank you for making our industry stronger by investing in your people. Please don’t hesitate to email or call me if you have any questions.
