Building Information Modeling (BIM) is changing the way projects are constructed. Through our peers at AGC Georgia, members of AGC of East Tennessee are invited to participate in this instructional program that includes four 8-hour courses.
Unit 1: Leadership and Motivation - describes the value of effective supervision of workers to improve the supervisor's ability to lead and motivate others. Unit 1 covers: the dollars and sense of people in construction, the role of the construction supervisor, helping people perform better, motivating and leading others, team building and much more. Must register by March 20th, 2018. Registrations received after this date will incur additional fees for overnight shipping of book.
$300.00 per unit per person plus a $125 book fee for AGC members

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) hereby revises the construction industry safety standards which regulate fall protection systems and procedures. These systems and procedures are intended to prevent employees from falling off, onto or through working levels and to protect employees from falling objects.
