State of Tennessee Seeking RFQs for IDIQ
The State of Tennessee has issued an RFQ to contractors to participate in its new program IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity). This program will replace the State of Tennessee's current Job Order Contracting program, which expires in May. The State is seeking 4-5 companies in eastern Tennessee to participate in IDIQ. Once in the program, all projects below $500,000 (which can utilize this delivery method) will be bid only by those selected for the pool. The state is anticipating approximately $13 million per year to be run through this program across the state.
The RFQ has been amended by extending the response date to 4/19 and have lowering the licensing requirement to $500,000.
