In a survey to members in the AGC America, 91% of the contractors had heartache trying to find people to work both in the field and in construction manager.  The survey showed that companies had the most challenge finding millwrights (87%), carpenters (85%), plumbers (82%), construction managers (81%), and electricians (79%), even with average national salaries ranging from $60K to $100K.
