This course is designed to educate construction professionals at all experience levels in BIM concepts and processes. The highly interactive virtual program provides instruction via Zoom and training to prepare construction industry professionals at all levels to take advantage of the benefits of BIM.

Lean Construction Education Program, 2nd Edition
Lean Construction is driven to minimize costs and maximize value on each project completed, challenging all stakeholders to develop and apply better ways to manage the overall construction process.
The updated Lean Construction Education Program, 2nd Edition (LCEP) engages students with numerous activities and group discussions designed to apply Lean Construction principles and practices. Key course activities include the Parade of Trades exercise where participants will learn the effects of varying and unreliable workflow versus smooth and reliable workflow. Students will also learn and practice the Last Planner® System in a simulation that teaches students to engage in a way that produces predictable workflow and rapid learning.
Classes are held via AGC Edge Monday Tuesday & Wednesdays, July 23 – Aug 2 from 10am-3pm ET.
Construction Supervision Fundamentals
AGC Edge Construction Supervision Fundamentals (CSF) is highly interactive and allows the building trades and craft workers to experience construction supervision techniques firsthand and create a professional development plan to achieve personal career goals. The highly collaborative virtual program provides instruction via Zoom and training to prepare building trades and craft workers to learn entry-level management skills to lead construction activities.
Classes are held via AGC Edge Monday, Wednesday, Friday, August 5-16 from 9am-1pm ET.
Project Manager Development Program
AGC Edge Project Manager Development Program (PMDP) is highly interactive and offers construction-specific training developed and field-tested by and for contractors. The highly collaborative virtual program provides instruction via Zoom and training to prepare construction industry professionals with the necessary skills and knowledge to increase the participant’s ability to work successfully with others to ensure project success.
Classes are held via AGC Edge Monday- Friday, August 19-23 from 11am-7pm ET.
