If you’re an office worker in the building industry or a student who wants to know more about construction, this course is for you! Learn about the process of construction from project conception through ribbon-cutting by experts in the field. We will take you through the development phase, the role of the architect, and finally through the construction process. You’ll learn about bidding, licensing permitting and have a better understanding of liens, retainage, pay apps and more.
